The Mission of the Boulia Library is to enrich the community through the provision of information and resources, in a manner that promotes and supports lifestyle, cultural opportunities and lifelong learning.
Who can join?
Boulia Council is proud to offer FREE library membership to everyone provided with a permanent residential address and documentation showing this address.
We look forward to welcoming you to the Boulia Library Service....it's your space.
Every Wednesday morning at 9:30am there is a half hour of storytime for babies, toddlers and preschoolers, followed by activities suitable for the little ones. Our Library features a well set up air-conditioned children's play room.
On Monday afternoons from 2:30pm - 4:00pm there are craft activities for the school aged children.
You can choose from the latest fiction, the classics, leisure and lifestyle, personal development. If its not on the shelf we can order it in for you.
Did you know that our collection also includes DVD's, music, magazines and local newspapers?
Our audio books feature the latest popular fiction on cassette or CD. The music CD's cover the latest pop and rock music, jazz, classical and world music providing something for all tastes.

Need to send an e-mail or do some word processing? We have four public access computers all available with printer attached.
Our information services will provide you with census details, data on current affairs, business information, resources for self-development and assistance with research for school projects and assignments.
