TENDERS
Expressions of Interest are called for a suitably capable person(s) to lease the Min Min Encounter Coffee Shop for a period of 24 months, with an additional 12 month option. The coffee shop is located in the Min Min Encounter Visitor Information Centre, which is the Boulia Shire’s primary tourist attraction.
The successful applicant will be required to provide all food, cooking utensils and labour associated with the running of the coffee shop. All income generated from the coffee shop will be retained by the Lessee.
As part of the contract, the Boulia Shire Council will provide free electricity, identified plant & equipment, and furniture and fittings as detailed in the contract.
Commencement shall be as negotiated with Council however it is expected the successful applicant will be available to commence as of 1st February 2010.
