Council advises all residents and visitors in Boulia to boil tap water used for drinking following a recent communications network outage that affected technical operations within our water treatment plant.The boil water alert is precautionary and will stay in effect until council is satisfied that levels are within the required range with consistent testing. Come down to the Boulia Library on Saturday 28 March between 10 am and 1 pm and have a chat with your Councillors about your thoughts and ideas.
Community Surveys will also be available to complete and free “What’s the Future Boulia” t-shirts will be available (one per person, Children’s shirts must be collected by their caregiver).
