Regional Arts Development Funding (RADF) Grant Opportunity

The Regional Arts Development Fund (RADF) is a partnership between councils such as Boulia and the Queensland Government that supports professional and emerging professional artists and practitioners.
RADF promotes the role and value of arts, culture, and heritage as key drivers of diverse and strong regions.
Boulia Shire is seeking applications for the next round of funding closing on 16th February 2026.
A RADF Factsheet and an application form are available on Council’s website (www.boulia.qld.gov.au/Live-Work/Grant-Funding).
All projects are required to report on their contributions towards RADF outcomes across:
- Quality: Produces or contributes to high quality arts and cultural initiatives for the local community.
- React: Provides access to and engagement in arts and culture for diverse communities, participants, and audiences.
- Viability: Provides evidence of good planning and reporting.
Funding can be utilised across such areas as increasing access to arts, promoting culture and heritage, professional development and building personal skills.
